The British Land portal is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - apart from Friday evening between 7pm and 4am and Wednesday evening between 6pm and 12am midnight for scheduled maintenance. During these times the portal is likely to be available, however if you are planning important work during these hours then please contact the British Land Service Desk on the numbers or e-mail listed above to confirm whether there will be any unavailability.
